• Military members (active duty, reserves and retirees) and their spouses or dependent children.
• Must be credit approved
• Must provide a sponsor identification number and copy of either their military identification card or their dependent identification card.

Please note: Former military personnel are ineligible (i.e., those who have been discharged and have no current military commitment)
